Thinking about selling?

It's not always as easy as it seems, without the right tools...

The first item of concern to think about before making the decision to sell is.... You.  What are your goals?  Is it to down-size, change locale, up-size, or merely to simplify?  There are a myriad of reasons people either want or need to sell their home, and the decision lies with you and should be respected either way.

Timing is one of the most important factors when making the decision to put your home on the market.  Are the kids out of school?  Will my next home be ready for me if I sell quickly?  Shall I move out now to ease the process of showings so I'm not having to clean up all the time?  You certainly wouldn't want to be making the move over the winter holidays!  These are questions and concerns I come across all the time and help clients and friends find answers to.  Obviously the final outcome is what is best for you.
